Anasazi Ridge

This high end Flagstaff subdivision consisted of constructing a complete subdivision for the Owner, covering a 47 acre site. The entrance road coming into this property required a large cut in to solid rock. Trenching was utilized for the utilities due to the sub-surface conditions. All material was processed and utilized on site. EMC also constructed a bridge at the entrance of the subdivision. Quantities consisted of:

• 30,000 CY of crushing, cut & fill
• 9,000 SY of roadway & asphalt
• 5,500 LF of 8" waterline, with XX services
• 5,000 LF of sewer
• 5,000 LF of electrical conduit
• 850 LF 36" HDPE
