Eagle Mountain Construction Overview
Our History
EMC was incorporated in 1991 by long time Flagstaff residents, Keith Johanson and Wade McElwain. The founders focused EMC's resources on client satisfaction and delivering integrity in all aspects of EMC's services. This simple vision has allowed EMC to grow from $300,000 a year shop 1991, into a $20 million a year firm today. As we continue, we remain as focused as ever on our core values of providing for our employees a rewarding environment in which to work, and delivering our services safely, with quality and value for our clients.
Skilled Operators
Our operators are sent yearly to the Caterpillar Demonstration and Learning Center at Tinaja Hills, Arizona. This program ensures that our operators are properly trained and aware of the latest technology in utilizing our equipment to its' full capability and at the least cost to our customers.
Safe Workplace
Eagle Mountain Construction conducts weekly safety meetings. Our Supervisors are regularly sent to "Competent Person", OSHA and Emergency Medical seminars. New hire drug testing is mandatory and random testing is done quarterly. We are the proud recipient of the Platinum Safety Awards for the last two consecutive years.
