Project Overview
Site development for the Marriot Hotel. The limestone soil conditions and the proximity to I-17 and I-40 required the site be profiled to accomplish the nearly 60,000 CY of excavation. Much of the resulting material was used for backfill and site fill areas. The Project consisted of:
- 60,000 CY of cut / fill
- Site Utilities
- Site Concrete
- 80,000 SF of asphalt
