12th Street Improvements

Demo of existing road, 20,000 CY of new Earthwork including cut/fill, 900 LF of New storm drain w/ headwalls and rip rap, plunge pools. 3400 LF of New reclaim and potable water lines, APS utilities. 3500 LF of New curb/gutter, 20,000 SF of new sidewalks and parkway grading landscaping w/ Keystone retaining walls, 5900 SY of new Asphalt Paving, striping and signage. Several existing utility lines had to be relocated, EMC coordinated relocations with each Utility Franchises. EMC completed the project on time and under budget.
