• 200,000 CY’s of mass earthwork
• 6,000 LF of water & fire service
• 2,000 LF of 8” sewer
• 2,800 LF of 12-24” storm drain CMP & HDPE
• 22,000 SY’s of pavement
• 9,800 LF of curb & gutter
